Concrete jungle has become a reality for most of us. During our busy daily routine, mostly spent indoors glued to our screens, we tend to forget how little of contact time we have with nature. It is not hard to believe that as little as 20 minutes of spent strolling or sitting in contact with nature can lower your stress considerably.

A study published in the journal, Frontiers of Psychology, says that scientists recommend a regular dose of ‘nature pills’.

We also recommend nature pills to promote your well-being -

  1. CREATE POCKETS OF GREEN IN YOUR HOME
Bring a little bit of outdoors in. So your mind doesn’t consider itself trapped in a concrete box.

  2. GROW A LITTLE OF YOUR OWN FOOD
Be it only a herb, or a simple, easy-to-maintain vegetable is a constructive hobby that can give you a sense of accomplishment. And it will always be a welcome addition to your kitchen.

  3. USE NATURAL MATERIALS
Natural materials like stone and wood never fail to add some warmth to any space.

And all this goes hand-in-hand with the time spent outdoors.
